All In A Day's Work

Mar 31 2015

As you are (presumably) a human being, you are an inescapably social creature. Others will try to take away your power in your interactions with them. Never give it away to them. Remain in control of your life, and reap the benefits of being in the driver's seat of your destiny's car. Recollect your strengths when you feel faint, nauseous, drowsy, or aloof and gather yourself back together in your deepest, darkest moments of weakness, hardship and vanity.

Others don't deserve to dictate your life for you - and why let them? They may trample over your needs, desires, wishes, goals and dreams, completely oblivious to them and unaware of your life's path -- your purpose and meaning in life. Learn to define for yourself, on your own, what you were sent to this earth to do. Avoid implementing the dictatorship of others who desire only to control you because they themselves have lost control of their own lives, as they do not pursue their ambitions, goals and dreams (if they even exist) or perceive them as important. It is up to you to decide what matters most to you and what you ultimately choose to cherish and grasp for dear life's sake because i brings you joy, love, and contentment.

Harness the power within you. Only you know who you truly are. Only you know where you're truly heading and where your allegiance lies. Only you know your life's most intimate, wild and impossibly beautiful ambitions. Be courageous and express yourself to the fullest possible extent. Embrace success by embracing and unleashing your full potential. Everyone has capabilities, talents and strengths they are born with that they can play to their best interests. What ultimately decides whether they choose to harness or shrink this innate power and potential (and if you choose to shrink it, you are undeniably dooming it to corruption and uselessness, using it up for trivial pursuits) is two things: self discipline and implementation. It is essential to implement your strengths by creatively coming up with an idea, utilizing the unlimited and inextinguishable resource called imagination, and then acting on that idea as if it were a legal contract binding you to an action plan. I know you have it in you to fulfill your deepest, darkest and innermost dreams. You have that kernel of courage that, with watering, care, and nourishment (as well as a dash of sunlight and inspiration - both COand idea-wise) will grow to unleash tremendous potential. When you use your abilities to support the causes that you believe in, you are sending a message to the world and to the universe at large. You send the message that you believe that the causes you support have inherent value and that you will do your best to bring to light what others have kept in the dark.

Implementation starts in the heart and mind of a true believer, who believes in the good and beauty contained and captivated within a particular thing. That thing could be anything. It if perfectly open to interpretation. It could be a just cause, a fundraiser, a belief system, a value, a thought, anything. The imagination never ceases to be limitless.

If you support what you believe in courageously and incessantly, by irrevocably sustaining the belief that whatever you support is valuable and worth all of your effort and time, you will succeed. But in order to do so, you must support your cause with passion and with an unforeseen love and commitment. Become attached to that in which you believe and press it foreword, amending it, expanding it, developing it, and growing it. It will someday grow to encompass the hearts of many a generation. But you must spark that initial curiosity in people towards your cause. You are responsible for implanting the seed of an idea that will someday grow to benefit humanity. May your journey start today with you sticking up for what you truly believe.
